"Purchased room at 11 pm, but front desk was closed for the night. no one was there to check me in."

"The room was somewhat clean,,at least there was no filthy old carpet in the room. Bathroom needs re-done. Beds were comfortable and clean. The pool is a joke, it’s so small and old. Skip the breakfast. It consists of compressed eggs and sausage patties. There is a yogurt Machine, but who knows how old the yogurt is. No healthy cereal is offered,etc. etc. If you can get a reasonable rate, then it’s doable. "

"I made reservations for this place a week before boys tournament and when I got there. They said my name wasn’t in the system and then said they tried calling me. Well when I looked at my phone they did call at 7:45 that morning and left a voicemail saying they didn’t have availability and they were cancelling my room and I traveled 2hrs 1/2 with my children to not have a room then go around looking for a room because we were there for tournaments.
