"It was okay but the room smelled like a musty smell"

"Absolutely disgusting place. Hundreds of roaches and bed bugs everywhere. Have video for proof. Plus I was charged 180 extra then what I was quoted online. They also gave my reservation to someone else and then upgraded the room they gave me without letting me know. I had. Just drove over 150 miles to get there with my kid and had just got off work. All I wanted was a few hours sleep before my next 12 hr shift. I didn't get that because I was arguing with them about getting an itemized list of my charges. Then I asked for a walk through upon my departure to confirm there were no damages and they ignored me. I will be contacting my bank and reporting the unauthorized charges. The TV didn't work and the hot tub and pool was shut down. After my shift I was counting on those specific amenities. Complete disaster and I was terrified to even eat the food with all the visible roaches and bugs."

"The rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk was not very welcoming and house keeping was not helpful. The property is close to restaurants and highway access which is amazing but to access Armoury Road during busy times is almost impossible. Bed was on tge soft side and large work station if traveling for work. Plenty of parking. Located behind a fun place that has go carts, mini putt, arcades, driving range (walkable from hotel). Breakfast was very minimal with defrosted Egos, bread, cereal and a toaster. Property is located near a Waffle House, McDonalds and Cracker Barrel if you want a full breakfast. Price is decent."
