For a room I expect cleanliness and the facility I reserved, not what was left. Will not be staying in a Residence Inn in the future. Management offered no solution except to say carpet would be cleaned. "

"The check-in process was great! Communication with the host was good. We had an issue and she resolved it quickly. Kitchen was well stocked. There were 8 of us and we fit comfortably. Why not 5 stars? The house is "tired". It needs a good repair person. (Broken stair, loose molding etc ..). It is an old house but the location is great! We hiked twice at Cuyahoga NP and had a wonderful dinner at Creekside."
