"Booking showed that pool hours were 530-11 which is why this particular hotel was booked for kids to swim and hours were actually 9-9. Pool is shared and actually holiday inn pool so must get pool card from that hotel to use pool and was not informed of this until going to use the pool to find it was closed anyways"
