"The floor boards were creaky and we could hear sound from upstairs and outside. The interior of the guest room is a bit outdated. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is excellent."

"Very convenient location. Supermarket and lots of restaurant choices in the mall below. About 5 minutes walk from City Hall MRT station. The room is clean and very comfortable. We had a long stay and definitely appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette with appliances and fridge ready in our room. Perhaps the only negative comment is the noise from Fire station can sometimes be disturbing during the evening. Otherwise we are very happy with our 3-week stay in Lyf Funan. "

"Stayed in May 2024 and property at ground level is under construction for new lobby/1st floor. Directions to check-in posted with clear directions to head to back and up parking structure. Clean room, clean bathroom, amenities provided (extra in lobby), onsite fitness area with decent workout machines/weights. Surrounded by restaurants and <5 minute walk to either Bencoolen or Bugis MRT stations. Would recommend. "

"Over the years I have spent hundreds of nights here. It is by far my favorite hotel on this planet. The hotel itself is amazing. The location is awesome. So many restaurants and terrific retail. Quick hop to the airport. Above all else, the staff at the hotel are extraordinary. As I leave today, I’m not sad because I’m coming back next week."
