"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. "Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi. The separate toilet room also had its own balcony! The one thing we did was move the desk’s location. It made the room bigger and more comfortable. Excellent hotel!"
