We stayed two nights in the Baroness Suite, a lovely suite with hardwood floors, king size bed with luxury linens and a separate dining room with stocked kitchen. Sandra greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcome and answered all our questions about our first visit to Verona. Her professionalism was especially evident when she made time out of her day to personally call us a car service and help load our luggage!
