"Location: Fantastic as it is situated just on the edge of old town pedestrian stroll. Parking was easy and a walk to town very short. Hotel: A beautiful character hotel with lots of charm. Room: Had a cozy attic room which was a bit small but more than met our needs for 5 night stay. Very clean and comfortable. Staff: Wonderful and helpful. I would stay here again."

"Friendly, helpful staff. We were upgraded to a suite (thank you) which was clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and an evening meal which was delicious. There is a large selection at breakfast including a hot buffet. The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk from Bolzano Sud train station and it is easy to get into Bolzano by train, one stop, or alternatively a bus."

"The room was clean and modern and had a great view of the mountains. I especially liked how the bed faced the windows so you can wake up to great views. The hotel also had good self service facilities for drinking water, hot water and ice. The ice came in useful as I injured myself during a walk and it was useful for cold compression. The staff was friendly and on hand to answer queries. Breakfast was decent too. The location was really convenient as it was near the main bus stop service especially if you plan on spending most of the trip in Ortisei. The hotel came with a free bus pass for the entire stay. I am already planning my next trip to the Dolomites and will be looking to staying here again."

The staff was exceptional—warm, attentive, incredibly professional, and everything throughout the hotel was impeccably organized. The value for the quality of the experience is outstanding. We had read great things about the food before arriving, but it actually exceeded our expectations. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional and became a highlight of our stay. The location is spectacular, with beautiful views and easy access to everything the Dolomites have to offer. The spa was another standout—beautiful, diverse, exceptionally clean, and the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. What impressed us most was the attention to detail. Our room was cleaned and organized every day to an extraordinary standard. Everything in this hotel runs with incredible precision, while still feeling welcoming and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay. When we return to the Dolomites, there is no question where we will stay again. Highly recommended—one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time."

"One of my favorite hotel stays EVER. Their service was exceptional. I left very early in the morning to hike, and they had my car pulled up front and a breakfast box packed. Everyone working there was extremely friendly and helpful / I almost cried when I left. The spa is incredible, took one of the best naps of my life there. Also the dinner at their restaurant was exceptional. Truly a magical place that will stay with me long after I have left."
