"We book this cabin just for a family getaway as we like to fish in the little red river. Property was great and even had a dock that you can fish from. It was also close to Heber Springs for restaraunts and any other needs. Would stay here again if we visit the area in the future"

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with the experience!!!Property overgrown!
