"The five of us—two adults and three teenagers—had a wonderful stay at the Icehouse. The house is located just one house away from Schroon Lake and within easy walking distance. The deck offers beautiful views of the lake, and we especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds buzzing around throughout the day.The accommodations were very comfortable. My spouse and I stayed in the queen bedroom with the en-suite bathroom, while the three teenage girls shared the king bedroom. We used the spare bedroom primarily to store our belongings. Each bedroom has air conditioning, which kept us comfortable both during the day and overnight.We also appreciated that there were no detectable pet odors anywhere in the home. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to returning next year!"

"A wonderful week with 4 young grandkids. Location, views, expanse and “useability” of the property couldn’t have been better. Kids had plenty of room to run and enjoyed the access to the lake. Card games at night in the dining room, meals enjoyed on the screen porch. The history of the house is very interesting. Marty & Phyllis are excellent hosts who want to be sure everything is just right for a memorable and pleasant stay."
