"This house was AMAZING!! The check in process was seamless and Caitie was super helpful providing us with recommendations in the area, but we barely left because the house had everything to keep us entertained! My family of 5 stayed in the house with 2 other families, we all had our own space and bathrooms! The house was super clean, beds were comfy, and the view is picturesque! This house has its own private little beach, where we spent most of the days.. swimming, kayaking and on the peddle boat which was all provided. We enjoyed lighting fires at night and making s’mores! We plan to make this a tradition and rent this house every summer!!!"

"From before we arrived throughout our entire stay Nicole was wonderful. She promptly replied to questions and provided comprehensive information and suggestions. The house is awesome!!! I would stay here again and again if I will be in the area. We used the grill (charcoal), fire pit, trails, secret beach (10min walk), and more."

"This is a great property with gorgeous views. We enjoyed our stay there very much. There are a few discrepancies in the listing though. FYI. The listing description includes a dock. However after booking we were notified that we did not have access to dock our boat on it. It also lists parking for 6, however when checking in, they ask for a limit of 2 cars. Very confusing. But we had 3-4 cars there with no problems. Zero communication from owner when stranger walking around the property for ‘landscaping quote’. Nor a heads up when a repairman showed up at 9am. We were there 10 days with no trash pick up and no communication from them when we notified them that the trash bins were full. The rent was reasonable, but the Vacasa charges almost doubled the rate. We would much prefer dealing directly with the owner. The main living area front door and slider to the porch had no screens! Nor did many of the windows. So if you want that wonderful Adk lake air, you’ll have to deal with the bugs!But we enjoyed the property very much. Plenty of space for everyone with 3 floors."

The owners, Maureen and Brian, were welcoming and provided everything that was needed to make our stay comfortable, both indoors and outdoors. My husband and I and our children and their families had an exceptional vacation."
