"This was an amazing experience. The staff was superb and easy to work with. The hotel itself was very nice!"

"Location to the areas of interest was great. The hotel rooms were well appointed and well kept. The indoor pool was just the right size for our grandson and was in good condition. However, the shower drained slow, the refrigerator door was challenging to open and close because of the tray underneath (had to lift refrigerator above the tray while trying to open the door) and in one of the rooms in our party the commode would not flush as long as the shower was running. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, coffee, a pancake maker that made pancakes so flat that you have to have two to make one. Only apples for the fruit, unknown brand of yogurt (watery), cereal and instant oatmeal packets. NO MEATS! But, overall, the family enjoyed our short stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel…it is in close proximity to a Waffle House and Crackerbarrel as well as other restaurants and businesses!"

"A staff member came in our room at 2am, looking for cleaning supplies. We were all asleep and it woke us up. He didn’t knock, he just let himself in with a card. My 13 year old yelled and my 17 year old woke up and we made him leave. I will never stay there again. "

"Upon arrival, the property had many issues. The lights in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom did not work, a stove burner was not working, a chair in the living room was broken and there was no working smoke detector. We also experienced the red water that was mentioned in other reviews. The house was in a good location for us but overall the experience was not worth it. "
