"We stayed at this property for over two months. If we had stayed for three weeks or less this would not have been a nice review. When we first arrived we had terrible wifi, there were TV streaming issues, and the dock actually collapsed. However, the host is VERY responsive and he did everything he could to resolve the problems as quickly as he could. Future guests will likely have a 5 star experience, given the value for the price and the fact that the host really cares about having you enjoy your stay. Some things do still need fixing both inside and outside the house, but those things didn’t affect us in any meaningful way. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area are great. The beds are very comfortable. Nice neighborhood and nice neighbors. If you bring a boat it's easy access out into Tampa Bay, and by car close to beaches and attractions. Once the issues we encountered during those first three weeks of our stay were resolved we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Overall not bad. It was a clean house in a nice and quiet neighborhood. However, the backyard didn't quite match the picture, as much of the grass was gone and several weeds had popped up. The bed listing is a little off as well. The third bedroom has two twin beds, instead of a twin bed and a queen bed, as listed on Vrbo."

"This was a really nice little guest house on a canal,, with a heated pool, outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, and firepit with plenty of chairs. This was where we spent most of our time in the morning with our coffee and in the evening with our cocktail. The house was fine for two people with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time in the heated pool. The view was fantastic and the hostess was awesome. Very accommodating and helpful. Would 100% stay there again. "

"It was nice that the pool was heated. when we arrived in Florida, temps were colder than what you might expect. Having the pool heated was a nice treat. It was also very nice that if you forgot to bring anything with you from home, there is a good chance that it was already in the home. Coolers, umbrella's, all the towels you might need, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels and even a bowl for the dog. The people in the neighbourhood were very friendly and you never felt uncomfortable."
