"I would have given a 5, but, for a couple things. One of my friends fell at the dock going down because the step completely blends in with dock. It should have a reflective strip. There were not enough bath towels. Other places we have stayed had tv's in all rooms. Would have been nice to know that 6 people had to share thebathroom. Having one by the washer wasn't convient."

"The pool and hot tub heaters were out of service but the owner explained he had service done to the electrical and did have the pool service personnel there on 11/14 to fix. Also 11/14 we noticed water in the floor inside the home- again the owner got a repair person quickly but they had to shut off the water and the repair was not going to be quick (had to tear out the tile floor). The owner was very prompt to respond and make things right.The home is lovely and very spacious. The view is very nice and good sun exposure the majority of the day. Sounds like one of the hurricanes had done a lot of damage to the area and many of the homes had some type of construction being done. The “yard” areas of this property were being converted to pavers and the host requested they not work while we were there as to keep the noise down. Neighbors nearby had construction and there was some noise but it wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was big enough for us and had a nice island and it looked out to the pool area. I didn’t remember the listing saying 2 living rooms but there were 2 large living areas- one with a tv and the other that without. The room without a tv had a sectional sofa and some other furniture but was so large I think they could make it a 4 bed home. The bathroom was recently remodeled and very tasteful. The master bedroom had a large closet area and a jacuzzi type bathtub/shower combo. I would stay here again once the repairs are complete."

"Great stay in a spacious, clean house. Lovely decorated for Halloween. Enjoyed pool, cayaking and sitting outside seeing the sun go down.Comfortable beds, lots of towels, kitchen with everything, super fast washer/dryer.Very nice hosts.Thanks for everything!"

"The house is in a good location for a quiet trip. The pool and hot tub are great amenities. The kayaks are a great addition as well but a little hard to launch from the dock. Great spot to fish as well. The owner was very responsive of any questions we had. Anna maria is a great beach to visit for the day. The house overall was a good fit for my group size wise. The washer and dryer was a little confusing but the owner helped teach us what to do. "
