"The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. We sent photos to the property owner about the cleanliness with photos (including poop on the side of the toilet seat). We received an apology but no offer to clean or compensation. The sheets were stained and had hair in them so we had to wash them before we could sleep in them. The both trash cans were full with bags sitting beside them. If it was cleaner it would have been a great place to stay"

"We had a wonderful stay! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. The house was clean. The kids loved the pool. We saw dolphins, manatees and sting rays in the canal in the back which was definitely a highlight of the trip. Only complaint was shower in Florida room was very short for my son and husband. "

"There was not enough soap for four days of showers. No grab bars in either of the bathrooms. The beds were very uncomfortable. "

"House is very nice with a lot of space for a family. Host always got back quickly and answered all of our questions. The kids loved the arcade games and Foosball table. Loved having the yard for the dogs. Close to Apollo Beach and not far from Tampa. "
