Ontvangst was wat rommelig, omdat er ook een valentijnsevenement aan de gang was. Lastig te communiceren. Rest van de drie dagen verblijf geen medewerkers gespoken, alleen bij checkout. Kamer werd tussentijds ook niet schoongemaakt of opgemaakt.Op zaterdag was er een bruiloftsfeest, maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad. De kamer zelf was wel ok, op wat vlekjes na en het missen van de stop in het bad. We hebben goed kunnen slapen en over het algemeen prima verblijf, maar verwacht geen koninklijk onthaal in dit chateau. Omdatvwij elke dag vroeg op pad waren hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt of andere diensten.

Das Chateau bietet eine tolle Ansicht und hat eine sehr schöne weitläufige Terrasse. Das Restaurant hat eine kleine Karte und sehr gute Küche. Chapeau! Der 1. negative Eindruck war der verdrckte Lift. Untragbar ist der Zimmerservic. An 9 Tagen 2x frische Handtücher, und Betten herrichten und kein Toilettenpapier. Teppichboden verfleckt, Stühle schmutzig. Rezeption selten besetzt. Es gibt keine benutzbaren Nebenräume. Demnach kein angenehmer Aufenthalt im "Hotel" möglich. Das Zimmer ist 1m breiter als das Bett und außer den 2 schmutzigen Stühlen keine Sitzgelegenheit. Also außer zum Schlafen war das so genannte de lucs Zimmer nicht geeignet. Also, alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert.

onestamente le stanze sono poco controllate , dentro l'armadio c'era una giacca di pelle non mia e il bastone , dove si appendono i vestiti, stava per cadere . la Tv non fuzionava ed infine mi hanno fatto pagare la prima collazione che era gia inclusa nel costo della stanza .

Quand je suis arrivé l'hotel avait été fermé pour des raisons administratives par la Police. Holel.com ne m'a pas prévenu. Je n'ai pas pu les contacter. J'ai du trouver un hotel dans l'urgence par me propres moyens. En plus ils m'envoient un questionnaire de satisfaction......

Esperienza negativa poiché l'albergo è stato sigillato dalla polizia per provvedimento giudiziario con effetto immediato, durante il mio soggiorno. Mi sono trovata la seconda sera della mia prenotazione davanti ad una porta chiusa ed è stato impossibile recuperare nell'immediato i bagagli rimasti n camera. La polizia stessa che aveva affisso sulla porta di entrata un nr. da contattare per il recupero dei bagagli non si è data alcuna pena, lasciandomi fuori dall'albergo senza bagagli fino al giorno successivo. Il mio nominativo non compariva nell'elenco della polizia, mentre il gestore che con cui eroo riuscita a parlare telefonicamente mi aveva comunicato che la polizia non aveva richiesto alcun elenco di ospiti presenti al momento. A parte il problema creato dalla struttura stessa sconsiglio vivamente soggiorni nella zona di Alsemberg, Beersel e Halle. La polizia lavora solo dalle 8.00 alle 16.00, dopodiché ci sono solo call center che rispondono. Assenza di polizia nella zona da metà pomeriggio e per tutta la notte. In caso di necessità ve la raccomando...

Un hôtel magnifique de l’extérieur mais la gestion de cet hôtel est complètement mal organisée. Je vous déconseille. Chambres mal nettoyées, le petit déjeuner: très cher et très mauvais.
