"المكان نظيف ولكن حنفية الحمام كانت معطلة والماء كان يتجمع فلا يليق بفندق ٥ نجوم. الموظفات على الاستقبال غير متعاونات ، عندما حجزت فالفندق كان مكتوب يتوفر باركنات بمعرفة النزيل تبلغ 16€ وبمعرفه الفندق 27€ ولكن الموظفه انكرت واصرت ان الباركنات يجب ان تكون بمعرفة الفندق وبقيمة 27€ فشعرت ان هناك استغلال ..."
