"Stayed here for 2 weeks for work. This little gem is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood not far from Brookside, downtown, or all the shopping and restaurants you can imagine. The home was clean and well appointed. Great deck and family room. And Emily and team were very communicative and easy to reach if necessary. Very accommodating. Thank you for such a lovely home away from home."

"This rental was clean and located in an area that made access to all parts of Tulsa easy. Lily was very quick and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would stay here again. Only downside is the traffic noise but it certainly didn’t keep us awake at night."

"Stayed here while attending some events at the River Spirit Resort & Casino. The house was in a convenient location. Another reviewer mentioned how the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, and I would slightly agree…but we had zero issues. And my sister, who lives in Tulsa, came to see us at the house and said we were not in a bad neighborhood. The house was beautiful and clean. "Property is as listed with a few updates.. such as extra seating at the bar area. The home was clean upon arrival. Beds were comfy. We did not spend much time outdoors but there was seating and the landscape is well taken care of. I did give communications 5 Stars.. because there were no issues with check in and the check out process. Home was well equipped and anything needed was easy to find. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We greatly appreciated the hospitality and enjoyed our visit!"

"The house was big enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The kitchen sink did leak at times, and the sprayer would not switch off after it was turned on. A nylon wheel on the upper track holding one of the shower doors in place was missing. The door would fall if it were bumped. The trundle could not be removed for our use because the Fulton frame was badly bent. When we brought up these issues with Callie, she stated to have it checked out once we were gone."

"This property was perfect for our small family's trip to the Starbird car show. It is a wonderful location for the expo center, close to great restaurants and close to the Gathering Place. We fit in it well. It was clean and had everything we really needed. The 2nd bathroom is VERY small and made it difficult for the couple in that room. But it was usable and clean. That "downstairs" bedroom was really cold. There is a space heater. But it makes me nervous to leave it on all night. Wish we would...
