This was a nice hotel. The young woman who checked me in me was super sweet. I didnt catch her name, but she had red hair. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

midtown Stay

Even though my stay was upgraded, the only problem was my door lock wouldn't let me back in, I went to desk got another room key, still wouldn't work. Manager used master key to get in.

First time staying at this property. However, I probably will not stay again. I was in the bathroom and a huge roach came running across the floor. I didn't bother telling staff because they were nice enough to give me a late check out.

Room 102. When I woke up the room was flooded. My bags, shoes, and dog were all soaking wet and believe it or not when I woke up to discover the water soaked carpet and personal items I went to the bathroom and sat on the toilet only to have water pouring down my back. There was water dripping from the ceiling exhaust fan. It was a terrible experience. The staff was very friendly when I arrived, BUT when I left at 4am with my soaked clothes, dog, and shoes I did ask the desk staff if I could get a discount. I was dismissed and told they couldn’t help due to booking through a third party. The pictures do not do it justice.
