"Everything was perfect about this lodging. The location is incredible. You can’t look in any direction without seeing a great restaurant or beautiful cathedral. Jeanne, the manager, was extremely helpful even though this isn’t a typical hotel with 24/7 front desk service. Everything was clean and comfortable-the bed, the bathroom, and the air conditioning was key for our visit in August. Not to mention how beautiful the room itself was with great decoration and style. "I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. The bathroom was good and the buttons for the shower avoided the usual fear of having to take a degree in plumbing that you usually find with hotel bathrooms. The bed was a little firmer than I like but then everyone has different tastes. The coffee was good, the water fountain downstairs good (although I didn't really want to go down in my pyjamas). The hotel was better than the photos!"
