Stay in a large family home, fully renovated in 2026, full of charm, blending tradition and modernity. Located in Béguios, in the heart of the Basque Country, and more precisely in the province of Lower Navarre, 7km from St Palais, 35km from St Jean-Pied-de-Port, 50km from Bayonne and 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean, the PURTAUNIA house is a holiday rental just the way we like them, a large 300m2 house where you dream of gathering all your family or friends to share convivial moments and enjoy a wonderful holiday. The house is arranged over 3 levels and comprises: Ground floor: - a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen (range cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator) and a lounge (fireplace insert) - a utility room (washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave) - a separate living room with TV - 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm), en-suite shower room (shower and bathtub)/WC - a separate WC First floor: - 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm), en-suite shower room (shower and bathtub)/WC - 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm), each with its own en-suite shower room/WC - 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm) - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) - a separate shower room - a separate WC - a second living area with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and sitting area, ideal for leaving Autonomy for part of the group On the 2nd floor: - a large relaxation area with a sofa and TV, games (table football, billiards) For your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival, and towels and linens are provided. Heating and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Your pet is also welcome (deposit of €100). Outside, a large private garden and a terrace with garden furniture and a griddle are at your disposal. The heated swimming pool (10m x 4m, 1.35m deep), secured by a cover, is open from June 1st to October 15th (weather permitting). The cottage is located near the village church. The church bell will mark the hours during the day (from 7 am to 10 pm, complete silence at night).
