Access to the house involves climbing two flights of stairs with a total of 20 steps. This should be taken into consideration by guests with reduced mobility.

Once inside, you will find a spacious entrance hall leading to the different areas of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator, allowing you to prepare your meals comfortably throughout your stay.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, no food products are provided in the house, including salt, sugar, oil, coffee, water or similar items.

The living and dining room features a welcoming fireplace and a fan for warmer days. From this area, there is direct access to a pleasant terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing, dining outside or enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The house has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed and the other with a large bed. Both bedrooms have fans to provide additional comfort during summer nights.

The accommodation has a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate utility room equipped with a washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

Outside, Casa Minipa features a natural garden, perfect for enjoying the surroundings and spending time outdoors. Parking is available on the street near the property.

The amenities provided are an initial courtesy intended to make guests’ arrival easier and cover their first basic needs. Guests must purchase any products they require during their stay, as amenities are not replenished.

The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning, bed linen and one set of towels per person, consisting of one bath towel and one hand towel. Changes of bed linen or towels during the stay are not included unless they have been booked in advance as an additional service.
