"Let me say that the house is beautiful - like in a magazine! The view is breathtaking. The pictures do not lie. Elodie and the local manager Adrian were very responsive. But oooofff, the bugs and the heat are serious.  We knew there was no air conditioning but we figured it would be fine, since we are right near the sea and there would be a breeze.  We didn't realize you can't keep the windows open in the evening because the bugs will come and find you. And there are no fans.  The house also...

"Brilliant peaceful location, lovely sea view, 5 minute walk to superb beach + restaurants. Kids loved the pool. Villa was rustic but charming. Only negative, the downstairs bedrooms didn't have air con and could have been made a bit more comfortable, otherwise it would have been 5 stars."

"Belle villa tres bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la vue magnifique sur la mer qui n’est pas mise en avant sur l’annonce. Les 2 chambres du studio sont parfaites, par contre elles n’ont pas un accès direct au reste de la villa (l’accès se fait par l’extérieur). Nous avons aimé son emplacement proche des petits commerces et restaurants et à 10’ a pied de la grande plage de Pals. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! 3 étages donc attention aux marches ! "

"La casa està ubicada en una urbanització de difícil accès. Erem tres parelles i en una de les habitacions han posat dos llits, peró realment és individual ja que amb dos llits no queda espai per posar tauletes de nit, ni les maletes, l'armari no es pot obrir... La casa l'oferten per 8 persones, dues haurien de dormir en un sofà llit, molt trotinat, en un espai més que ajustat gens adient.La mampara de la dutxa en algun moment deu haver perdut aigua i el terra del lavabo està molt brut de cal...

"The house had everything we needed and was in a lovely quiet road. The pool area was great and bigger than we were expecting from the photos. It was a 20 minute walk from Sa Riera beach although coming back up the steps was quite hard work! It is a lovely chilled village and we’d love to come back"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Les tres oliveres. The house is beautiful, cosy and convenient, it makes you instantly feel at home. The view and swimming pool are also fantastic. John and Sian have been extremely reactive and kind. I highly recommend this house, we ll definetly come back!"

"La maison offre une vue réellement superbe sur la baie et sur les montagnes. Nous accédons à la plage en via un escalier extérieur en moins de 5 minutes. Le service de l’agence est vraiment de très bon niveau et toutes nos demandes ont été prises en compte avec une grande rapidité et gentillesse. Le seul bémol est la proximité avec le bar situé en dessous de la maison et la musique jusqu’à 1h du matin. "We spent a wonderful week in the house. The equipment and the view is five stars. All three apartments can be inhabited separately, so that you are bothered. the equipment is at the highest level and very tasteful. we can only recommend the house. As described, the driveway can’t be used with a car - planning mistake. Everything has to be brought upstairs - in the house is an elevator. We will be back."
