One downside: I was on the first of two floors and I could hear strong thuds from footsteps very early in the morning. Soundproofing needs to be improved between floors."

The view from the terrace was amazing looking over the bay, beach and restaurants/bars. The terrace had a good sized table and chairs with a mechanical awning to put out in the afternoon when the sun came round.
