Superb Villa 8-10 persons with private pool, near beach

"Yves ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, den man jederzeit ansprechen bzw anschreiben konnte. Der Check in verlief absolut problemlos, obwohl wir so spät angereist sind. Auch bei der Anreise durften wir den Schlüssel einfach hinterlassen, was sehr komfortabel für uns war. Das Haus ist hervorragend geeignet für viele Personen. Es gibt genug Geschirr, alle Küchenutensilien und viele Schüsseln und Behälter, wenn auch alles schon etwas älter ist, was aber überhaupt nichts ausmacht. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr geeignet für eine größere Gruppe, weil es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt. Unter der Überdachung und unter einer Pinie findet man Schatten. Der Pool ist ein Traum!! Drei der Zimmer sind schlicht, zwei sind groß und geräumig und haben ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, sodass man sich auch mit unterschiedlichen Familien gut im Haus aufhalten kann. Zwei der Zimmer liegen im Kellergeschoss, eins davon mit Bad. Auch das kommt einer Konstellation mit mehreren Familien entgegen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am oberen Ende der Straße, was wir sehr genossen haben. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas länger als angegeben, man läuft schon gute 20 Minuten. Da es zurück bergauf geht, muss man noch ein paar Minuten draufrechnen. Uns hat das Laufen aber nichts ausgemacht. Zum Supermarkt geht es die Straße runter zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten. Leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage,dafür aber genug aufgestellte Ventilatoren, die man bei großer Hitze anschalten kann. Insgesamt hatten wie eine super Zeit!"

"The two separate units,we stayed with three families! Space and decoration inside the house The house is well equipped with enough glasses/dishes/nespresso machines and a washingmachine The location is perfect,close to the beach,restaurants and supermarket(all within walking distance) Two friendly men came for cleaning the pool/garden during the week they were very polite and asked if it was oké to start their job! WhatsApp contact with the company in case of irregularities,very quick response! Put a few normal sunbeds/loungers near the pool,now there are 4 very uncomfortable canvas chairs,not sufficient for the three families and size of the house!umbrellas on the terrace upstairs because there is the outside diningtable in the full sun during breakfast time!and only one high bartable downstairs on the terrace for four persons. Very small dryingracks for hanging wet beachtowels/clothes outside Pool is very small for the amount of people who can stay here,but the beach is only 300 meters away! Nobody could tell us if we could park in front of the house,three cars do not fit on the property itself. A better check of the house for previous tenants(very dirty toilet,dishwasher the complete front was missing and not usable with kids,socket hanging out of a wall)and a note/message of what was broken/missing before we entered the property instead of finding it out ourselves would have been a better way! The cordless vacuumcleaner in the kitchen downstairs is functioning for only three minutes!"

"The front desk staff were all extremely friendly! The location was perfect to see Costa Brava’s best beaches within an hour drive - most within 15 min drive. Pool was clean and refreshing during the heatwave! We loved the place and it felt very comfortable! There is some hallway noise for the sleeping nook by door. The AC is old and needs replacing. It cut off one evening but randomly turned back on. The front desk brought us a standalone unit but it would require us to leave the patio door on ground floor open all night (that could allow geckos, mice, birds, bugs or any person to walk in - so by magic we were relieved when the aging machine restarted.) When it worked it was cool enough to be felt in the bedroom. But I think one day soon it will quit for good. Cleaners were great but kept taking dirty towel and bathroom mat without providing a replacement so we were running out by the end of 7 days. Overall I would recommend this place!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Villa has everything we needed for a pleasant stay, even more than we expected. The views are amaizng from all sides. Perfect for a family. We had to park on the street, but it was safe because the street is very calm and the villa is on top of the hill, no random people. There are quite a few steps from the car to the house and we were worreid about that because we had to carry our disabled child up and down, but it was all worth it. The communication with the host was exellent. So we are giving big fat 5 stars to Mas Tomasi villa!"

"We had a fabolous time in Pals, the property is very close to the beach and to the local ameneties like supermarkets, bars, etc. Everything can be done in walkng distance. The flat is extremely well equpped, three TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), washing machine, dishwasher and drier are also in the property. In addition there are plenty of extras for the stay, from masks and fins, to chairs, beach toys for the kids.. "
