"Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved."

"Room 403 - Love the loft design with 2 twin beds and living area downstairs. Perfect for a family of four. hot spring tub in the bathroom is the best part. "The location next to the beach is really the main reason to stay. It’s very convenient and views are beautiful. However be prepared that the property is not as pictured online. Pool - extremely crowded on the weekend with no place to sit and watch the kids. The only seats are cement cylinders and benches with a few wooden lounge shaped chairs. It’s not set up for a relaxing poolside day. The waterslide they advertise online has been out of commission for at least a year (we were there last...
