Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
le sejour s'est très bien passé. toujours nickel, personnel de nettoyage toujours souriants et agréables. cependant, on ne peut pas demander aux touristes de tenter de parler chinois, quand certains réceptionnistes ne font pas d'effort pour au moins essayer de comprendre l'anglais. nous avons fini par nous comprendre, mais c'est vraiment quelque chose à modifier. globalement, séjour agréable
