日本人にとってレストランや買い物などしやすいエリアでありながら安い。川沿いも夜はライトアップされ、ラッキーストリートへ向かう歩道も整備されていて移動も快適でした。ホテルは寝に帰るだけなら充分。窓なしが気になる人は、窓ありかどうか確認してから決めた方が良い。

１週間滞在しました。 窓のない部屋でも、室内は十分広く開放感があるので 問題なかったです。 ただ、チェックアウト日でもない日の、 朝9時前に部屋の清掃に来られたのにはこまりました。

コストパフォーマンスは良いと感じます

Hotels.comからの予約が通っていなかったらしく（他のホテルも合せると実は3回目），予約が見つからなかったのですが，一生懸命探してくれました。（詳しくは分かりませんが，同じ予約タイプのチェックインされていない部屋から探し出してくれたようです。）いつもチェックイン，チェックアウトとも速く，待たされることがなく助かっています。ビジネスホテルで，北京としてはかなり安い料金ですので多くを期待せず，宿泊出来れば良いと言う方にお勧めです。地下鉄も遠くなく，空港に行くのも便利です。タクシーもすぐに捕まります。日本食の店も多くあります。

浴室設計很差，浴室玻璃門有罅，沖涼後廁所全濕，掛鈎只有一個，沒足夠地方放置要替換的衣服。4月沒有冷氣，中央空調抽風差，雖然我怕冷，夜半只有8-10度，卻也會熱醒。

初めての宿泊。廊下の匂い(消毒薬？)がきついのが、ちょっと気になった。ただ部屋は広くて、ちょっとびっくり。部屋の内装の古さは否めないが、コンセントが至る所にあって便利だった。近くには飲食店街やマッサージ店が多くあり、ビジネスでの宿泊であれば十分な感じ。

コストパフォーマンスは高いと思います

周りに日本食の店やコンビニやスーパーがあり、一人で宿泊する際にはよく利用します。ホテル内にも和食の店が入っています。（利用したことはないですが、メイドさんの格好をした店員さんの店もあります。おそらく朝食もその店です。）地下鉄の駅も近く、高鉄の駅や空港に向かうのも便利です。フロントでは、何とか英語も通じますが、日本のパスポートを見せても中国語で話しかけられることが多いです。チェックイン、チェックアウトではあまり待たされず、かなり速い部類です。WiFiの接続も問題ありません。北京のホテル代を考えると、かなり低価格なので、安全に宿泊出来れば良いという方ならば、利用価値はあると思います。そうでない場合には、近くの四つ星〜五つ星のホテルをお薦めします。（ただしフロントではいつも待たされます。）

The location is great. I dont feel there was any service in that hotel. U have to pay for all the service such as u have to pay another 98 rmb if u check out after 12. The room is ... I will say it was "ok" it's just a bed to sleep. I guess u get what u pay.

Non air circulating basement room.

This room did not have any windows, felt like i was in a basement. I do not reccomend this type of room. It was clean, staff nice and friendly . But room itself was stuffy, and hot.

Le check-in / check-out est très rapide et certains membres du personnel parlent un peu l'anglais : ça aide. 外国人も多く宿泊しているので、カウンターでは英語が通じます。チェックアウトは手続きが毎回速いので助かっています。周りには、地下鉄の駅や日本食のお店、コンビニもあり、かなり便利です。空港にも、地下鉄乗換が一回、タクシーでも40分程度で着きます。室内設備は新しいとは言えませんが、高級感を求めないのであれば十分です。

Location is good. Just take 5-10 minutes walk from subway to hotel. There are some restaurants around such as cake shop, Japanese restaurants. The size of room and facility inside are acceptable. It provides IPTV and there are many channels but all are domestic ones.

最寄りの地下鉄10号線亮马桥駅から歩いて8分ほどで、空港をはじめ、どこに行くのにも困らないロケーションと思います。部屋に無料WiFi、セーフティボックス、冷蔵庫もあり、ビジネスホテルとしても、問題ないと思います。中国はどこでもそうですが、前払いしていても、デポジット（2泊で300元）が必要ですが、クレジットカードで処理できます。また、朝食は35元で朝7時から食べれます。

交通の便が良いｰｰ地下鉄10号線「亮馬橋」駅へ徒歩約７分、地下鉄14号線「枣营」駅まで徒歩約７分。

移動手段がタクシーしかないホテルは避けました。 このホテルはタクシー（フロントで呼んでもくれます）という手段の他に、地下鉄も２路線の駅に徒歩圏内で、選択肢があるのが魅力。北京市内交通渋滞激しいので、「地下鉄の方が早いよ」とフロントの人に教えられたことも。 あと、市内（渋滞地域）の中を車移動することなく、空港へ行き来できることもこのホテル選んだ理由です。 近くにセブンイレブン等、ちょっとした買い物するにも便利。 飲食店、映画館のある（おしゃれ）ショッピングモール「藍色港湾」にも近く、徒歩5分。 日本料理店・居酒屋も数店連なる“あまり高くない”飲食店街「好運街」にも徒歩5分。 とにかく便利です（と思います）。

臨近10號線亮馬橋站

從機場坐計程車大約80塊人民幣，（如果坐機場線地鐵在轉站也不遠）臨近10號線亮馬橋站南出口 （C出口） ，走湖邊小路過小橋（捷徑）大約5-8分鐘到飯店 ，樓下有家勞倫斯超商 ，臨時想買點小東西很方便 ，地鐵站附近有幾家商場 ，附近也有蠻多餐廳跟可以喝點小酒的地方 ，這次入住行政套房 ，沒有下面留言說的空調不冷 ，空調蠻冷的 ，但是有時候會有個不好聞的味道（不確定是空調還是廁所飄出來） ，廁所就有不好聞的味道 ，然後是乾濕分離但是下面有缺口洗完澡水都會流到外面 ，行政套房非常大 ，在價格上是很不錯的呢 ，床很軟很大很好睡 ，雖然舊了點但是打掃很乾淨 ，但是每天打掃阿姨9點多都會敲門問要不要打掃 ，沒回應會直接刷卡開門 ，可能在趕時間打掃 ，但是對客人來說打擾到睡眠了 ，還被開門嚇一跳 ，這點我覺得需要改進一下 ，但是打掃阿姨態度很好也打掃很確實 。

THIS HOTEL IS A TOTAL SCAM!

They claim that their computers are down so they can't find your Expedia.com reservation. They tell you to pay them directly and they will report to Expedia.com to refund your money. But then after many months of trying to get a refund, they deny that it happened. And no one speaks English so it's extremely frustrating and time consuming to get Chinese friends to help you fight for your money.
