I wish I had a fridge instead of air circulation. There is no fridge in the room. My cleaning staff cleaned well, but didn’t refill the coffee, without which was difficult for me to leave super early in the morning.

The hotel room is big but a little bit dated. Only thing we would like to have more lighting in the room that allowed the guests to adjust the brightness on their own. It’s so dark that I have already pass the comments to the hotel. They said they aware of it. The front desk staffs are nice and helpful.

My wire and I recently stayed at the Fairmont Beijing Hotel for 4 days. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the hotel staff were able attentive. Our room is spacious and elegantly furnished (it even comes with a massage chair). Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Best choice at Beijing

The room condition is quite good, i didnt feel it’s old and obsolete even though it’s been years there. Person at the reception desk is very nice and I got much of hospitality. They can allow me to get a chance for late check out to meet my flight schedule. It deserves to visit once again with reasonable price. Thx all

Very clean. Huge rooms and really nicely decorated and spaced. Bed is super nice. The bathrooms need a bit of work. My shower and bidet was not working properly. The real minus is the food - really bad.
