Well established and maintain property in the heart of Beijing. Loved the location, the attention to service, cleanliness everywhere and a sense of luxury in every corner! This can't be a 5 stars hotel. The mattresses are so worn out, both mattresses in my room sag in the middle. I got bug bites. I've requested to have the sheets changed but it didn't seem happened. There's a eyesore dirty stain on the floor in the middle of bathroom. Anyone who walks in would have seen it right away. On my 1st day of check-in, all the 300-ml bottles for shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, etc. were less than 1/4 filled. Does it cost too much to fill up all the bottles? I felt like I was re-using all these stuff from the previous guests. On the 3rd day which was also my last day of staying, all the bottles were empty; they didn't fill up any of the bottles, and the cleaning people did clean the room every day, what did they do? The only good thing about this hotel is the front desk staff and doorman are nice and helpful.

Absolutely loved the location! The grand first-floor hall and the modern, clean room made for a pleasant stay. The staff was professional and friendly, ensuring a positive experience. Although my reservation for a room with two beds was initially received as a request rather than a confirmed reservation, the front desk staff quickly accommodated us and provided a room with two beds for me and my 15-year-old son. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Beijing in the future.
