First of all, I booked this hotel with breakfast included for all three of us but it ends up only one guest with free breakfast and I have to pay for my son and my sister. Hotels.com is generous enough to reimburse me with this extra expense.
Second of all, the front desk is very rude and impolite especially they learned that I booked my room through a third party website.
Breakfast is in Chinese style, if you are used to western style breakfast, this is not your choice.
Sheets and towels are dirty. Beds are very hard and my back hurt in every morning when I got up.
The only good thing about this hotel is its location. it's close to the bus stop to the airport and the city bus to many tourist spots. Subway is a bit far but still walkable distance.
Note that there is no 110V outlet in the bathroom as in other hotels. We had to purchase a voltage convertor for our airbed pump.
That being said, I've got what I paid for. This hotel is cheap for those reasons.

Disliked: Staff & service
Good location but very bad service
The room it’s alright and the location it’s excellent. The staffs are very impolite and rude. They don’t know English at all and the breakfast it’s terrible.
Hotel room clean. Location close to shopping area.
Hotel staff do not speak much English. A little frustrating during check-in/check-out.
The buffet breakfast was good except for the ?manager constantly snorting, coughing and spitting up large amounts of phlegm/sputum into the garbage can next to the buffet table! It was totally disgusting. He did not stop for the 10 minutes that we were there trying to eat. My husband thinks it was to prevent us from eating the buffet.
Though it was a non-smoking room, it obviously was smoked in. I reserved a room with a king bed for 2 adults which includes continental breakfast, but hotel staff said that the price we got was too cheap, so they charged us for one of the breakfasts. They miscalculated our hotel fees and said that I booked 3 rooms when I had only booked 2, but that got resolved. Hotel staff aren't very friendly.
The only plusses are that it's close to Wangfujiang Street and prices aren't as high as other hotels in the area.
The hotel is walking distant to the shopping district and the main attractions. I was not that clean but the location was good. We had a double room with breakfast but they only gave us breakfast for one and wanted to charge us 30 Yuen for the other breakfast. On my booking it said free internet and free breakfast. The hotel said that because of the holiday season they are only offering breakfast for one now but they usually offer breakfast for 2. I thought this was dishonest of the hotel. The workers did not speak a word of English but they had a person that worked in the office that spoke English. So if you need to speak to someone in English request that someone come down and help you, (she came down and helped us after 1/2 hour ).
