"This hotel is perfectly located in the Douro Valley, making it an ideal base for exploring the region. The included breakfast was exceptional, with high-quality ingredients and a great selection. The on-site restaurant offered an outstanding dining experience for dinner, with delicious food and excellent service. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Nice staff, parking available, swimming pool works. What was quite annoying was noisy AC, which we had to turn off at night. Hotel staff tried to do something about it, but finally it was still noisy. Otherwise a very good hotel."
