"Beautiful area and lovely staff"

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Morabeza pour le cadre général, les chambres spacieuses et bien décorées, les espaces verts bien entretenus, le petit déjeuner copieux, varié et de qualité, l'accueil du personnel toujours avenant et souriant, les activités et jeux proposés... Le plus important étant à mon avis que malgré la taille de l'hôtel (120 chambres), ce n'était jamais la cohue ni au restaurant ni autour des piscines, on pouvait rester au calme sans problème. "

"We were sad that La Cabana didn't have Calamari and Spinach Crockettes. Also some of the food like pasta was cold that should have been hot at the Spices. We would have liked to have seen some pizza at the buffet. "

"Hotel idéal pour un séjour en famille. Très propre, nourriture délicieuse, kids club, animations, personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Plage juste à côté. Pas de transfert mais taxis à disposition (20€ de/pour l'aéroport et 5€ jusqu'à Santa Maria). On reviendra sans hésitation !"

"Great hotel for the price. Marble staircases and landings with good breakfast. Five mins to the beach and the restaurant strip. For good restaurant (shabby outside) out of hotel go right and first left. Then it’s on the left. Lots of other restaurants in area. Never had bad meal. Hotel will collect from airport (20 min ride) for 20 euro. Recommended."

"Wonderful comfy beds . Nice breakfasts. Helpful staff. Clean. Piri piri restaurant on site was a disaster. Husband ordered a pizza finally got it .mine didnt turn up. Waiter said sorry coming in few minutes , half an hour later turned up with a plate of seafood rice. We were only one of 4 people. Just a bad night , he said he was sorry and no charge. Think someone was spaced out!"

"Me and my family stayed at this resort for three days and the overall experiencing was good. Staff is very friendly every-time you ask any questions they are more than happy to answer. If you have kids this resort is for you, they have a children’s pool, children’s club and activities throughout the week. The food in general if your not a picky eater it’s good, they have the main buffet and three other restaurantes you can reserve for lunch/dinner. "

"A nice and vibrant environment, Lovely staff and fantastic customer service. The grounds are beautiful and spacious. Food was great...the salad, shrimps and fruit made me ill so i will avoid eating those foods on the cape verde island not just at the Riu. Next time i will book directly with Riu hotels online instead of through expedia. As Expedia charged my account and then said I had cancelled the booking. I was charged in addition to paying at the riu property on arrival. There was no cancellation i thorougly enjoyed my stay. So this was disappointing to know expedia had done this. Then sent a cancellation email as a resolution 3 days after i highlighted the addition payment it to them."
