I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The view from the room was beautiful, but the room itself was disappointing. There was only one power outlet, which made it very inconvenient — I couldn’t even keep my phone next to me while charging. Since we were two people, we had to wait for one to finish charging their phone before the other could use it. The shower wasn’t fully functional — some parts worked, some didn’t — and it clearly needed repairs. The in-room jacuzzi was in a great spot, but it also needed maintenance, as some features weren’t working and it was leaking water onto the room floor. Every morning there was construction or repair work going on with loud noise, which was really annoying and affected our experience. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and had a good attitude in their service. Overall, the hotel is just okay. The only thing I truly liked was the view — everything else was disappointing. I was expecting a much better experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations.

Nice place and great view (but very disappointed by the cleanliness of the glass), the royal suite was ok but it needs a lot of renovations for furnitures and decoration. Room services are overpriced you expect to get more with the highest range room you choose.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel as it fell below my expectations. When I left the room for a few hours, I placed the "cleaning" sign on the door to indicate that the room needed to be cleaned. However, upon returning after 4.5 hours, I found the room still untouched. I then had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for the cleaning to be completed. Furthermore, the jacuzzi in my initial room was leaking water. As a result, I was moved to a different room, referred to as a "corner room." However, the cost of this room was lower than the junior suite I originally booked. The issues didn’t end there—the shower in the second room was not functioning well, and the sink in the first room had problems as well. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and the quality of service and amenities did not meet the standard I expected.

Beautiful view,friendly staff,excellent breakfast

The hotel was very cozy, tidy and clean; the bed was extremely comfortable; the view is a beautiful view of Jounieh bay and even Beirut and the northern coast are visible. Breakfast was a delicious Lebanese breakfast, and the hotel is very quiet and the serene. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the sink was wobbly.

Perfect view

The Bed Cover was sooo dirty... This was a shock. Other things were fine and specially the Amazing panoramic view, Jacuzzi, room decoration, toilet, etc... Special Thanks for Lara for her assistance in solving some paper and reservations issues.

Das Fruehstueck war der totale Supergau. Die Laermbelaestigung des Housekeepings ist schrecklich. Ich kann das Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. Fuer den Preis bekommt man in dem Land und er Umgebung weitaus bessere Hotels mit wenigstens einem vernuenftigen Fruehstueck.

Please do not get scammed with the pulicised photos, the reality has nothing to do with that you see on the website. My rate for this Hotel is 0.5 star rather than 5 star.It is not even in Jounieh. the only nice thing was the view, apart of that do not waste your time and money. Finally, I do not recommend it to anyone.
