"Incredibly historic building with unique individually decorated rooms! Perfect location for walking around Stonetown. Delicious breakfast served on rooftop! Request Belle room if you don't want a lot of stairs. It has a huge balcony along the front of the building so it's fun to see tourists stop and take photos!"
"I stayed at Zanzibar Palace Hotel from June 8 to June 10 and had an amazing experience. The hotel is full of character, with beautiful Zanzibari decor and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect—close to all the sights, yet quiet at night. A true gem in Stone Town. Highly recommended!"

The Habari House was our choice because of its centrsl location with only a short walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed this part of the journey and recommend the Habari House to everyone, who wants to experience Stone Town for more than just a day-trip! And if you visit Zanzibar, I believe you should! The hosts (a couple with a small...

I did get a refund but most people will probably stay where they are forced to stay due to lack of options and uncertainty. I...

"The hotel was wonderful. A safe place with delicious food and the people are so lovely. Clean and got everything you need.
My only thing would be to make sure there is an all inclusive coconut rum. "
