"Very new hotel. Though a bit dark and hot in the corridors. Friendly staff. Note kids under 11 are not allowed in onsen, could be disappointing for those with children. Swim cap required in pool."

"Exquisite, immaculate, classy, and cost effective. Wonderful English speaking managers with the guests' interest at heart! I met Henk, Jonathan on two different days and they both ensured I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The rejuvenating massages and spa were well to come back for! How can I forget the sumptuous breakfast! I had smoked mackerel and a squid dish every day of my stay. This is a real 5 star hotel in the Betou!"

"Nice mix of outdoor pools of varying temps plus a colder pool which was refreshing. Staff all super heloful. Breakfast buffet excellent mix of western and Asian foods plus nice salad bar. Nice room with in-room tub. Only negative was it was $800 extra per day to access large outdoor swimming pool and fitness center and spa which was annoying. Nicer views vs many hotels since it higher up the hill. Very walkable close to hot springs valley area and attractions along the river."
