Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently. Negatives are power cuts & related water problems are there, bit of a old villa and not a carpeted one for a 3 star status. "

"Absolutely beautiful villa, ideally located for exploring the island. There is a wonderful hotel within walking distance which serves fantastic Mauritian cuisine and a brilliant supermarket 4 minutes away by car. The property itself is delightful. Fully equipped (with everything you would need if travelling with kids). It is very secure and well cared for by the staff (special thanks to Mary, Jovani and Mary Noelle). "Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool. Room not ready on arrival, breakfast not ready the next day (very basic) birds eating the pervious day leftovers in the restaurant kitchen, not clean either."

"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

"La villa est très bien placée, à quelques mètres d'une très belle plage. Il faut une voiture car il n'y a aucun commerce et restauration accessibles à pied à proximité. La maison est grande mais n'a rien d'une villa de rêve : manque d'entretien général. C'est dommage car il suffirait de quelques petits travaux et nouvelle décoration pour la rendre plus agréable à vivre. Il faudrait la traiter également contre les cafards.
