Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock. Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am. "The staff at Preskil was top notch, Yudish in the food and beverage department (who was extremely accommodating and made our stay extra special) to Mamta at reception, to the watersports crew! Everything was great! Can’t wait to visit again."

"Really great location, good value for money. The grounds of the resort are well maintained and the staff always welcomes you with a smile. There are also some cute cats around the resort, very friendly. Breakfast has good options. We had dinner once at their restaurant, as we had B&B only but there were plenty options. The desserts are not very good, though. They could perhaps improve on the bar facilities, the cocktails do not look or taste like proper cocktails. Also, during the day, they have only one burger van and ice cream place, which is great, but perhaps, again, maybe like a bar with few snacky options, closer to the beach sunbeds. However, over all, we felt same and welcomed, would come back again 🙏"

"Wonderful Family Getaway – Outstanding Service! Our stay at Heritage The Villas was absolutely fantastic. The facility itself is wonderful, offering everything we needed for a perfect family vacation, and the service was genuinely outstanding from start to finish. The staff consistently made sure we were well taken care of. The only piece of constructive advice I have for the property management is regarding the windows and doors. The weather during our stay was so lovely, but we couldn't leave the doors or windows open to enjoy the fresh breeze without inviting bugs and insects inside. Installing screen nets on the doors and windows would completely solve this issue and allow guests to fully enjoy the beautiful climate indoors. Overall, it was a superb experience, and we highly recommend it!"
