We have noticed with our recent visit that the hotel is starting to shows it age and could use updating. Our TV seemed old and was not working well. Also the foyer light was out."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very helpful with recommendations and friendly. Check in and check out was extremely smooth. The only complaint we have is that it was a bit loud inside the hotel in the evening and early mornings. This had more to do with the guests allowing children to run through the hallways than it does the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we get back to Middletown/Newport."
