When I reached out to VRBO with concerns I was told to talk to the management company when I booked it through VRBO. "We stayed 6 nights in December and really enjoyed the location of the appartment! Although the area is not quiet!! It is so close to the time out market and Cais do Sodé. Great mattresses, we slept really well and enjoyed the great shower! Unfortunately, in the bedroom, the curtains are almost coming down and there are none opposite the bathroom to cover the windows. We would have preferred a higher table (breakfirst) in addition to the exisiting one."

Problem for me as a female solo traveler was the fact there were about 15-30 homeless? men from morning to late evening every day; I didn‘t feel safe walking up the little hidden street. WIFI login after I asked for it but ALTIDO replied immedately so it wasn‘t a big deal."
