A beautiful hotel with awesome views of the city! The hotel also has an outdoor restaurant under the olive trees that was dazzling, with delicious food and a pianist who entertained us while we ate! Highly recommend staying here!

Staff were very professional and friendly. However, for a hotel rated 5 stars, there was no one at the main door to assist me with my luggage to the room. Had to carry 2 large suitcases, a carry on and backpack to the room. Not a major issues but you would expect to have someone there to assist. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The hotel was excellent and is centrally located so it’s easy to get downtown when you want to and out to the other town such as Sintra and Belém. We were there at the same time as a large conference, so the hotel was pretty packed, but even then the staff was excellent and worked through it.
