"The corners needed a bit of a dusting but overall the room was clean. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs - it's an old house so you're going to hear a few creaks and groans, and a bit of street noise (we were in Room 1, facing the street). One commenter complained about a cat urine smell. There is an odour when you enter the building but it smells more like old tree sap to me. It didn't permeate the room. The bed was amazingly comfortable and that alone was worth the price of admission."

"The Sydney Boutique Inn is excellent. The staff is very professional. You are walking distance from Charlottown restaurants, peer and nightlife. On site parking is also extremely helpful. Morning breakfast buffet made fresh including all style eggs, sausage, bacon, fruits, yogourt, breads, cereal, bagels, etc. A special thanks to management for their outstanding customer service. We highly recommend"
