"Window fell in, shattered. Informed front desk, maintenance and house keeping came to clean up. I checked out. Was informed window was not my fault. Next day, $339 is charged to my credit card. No email, no invoice, no damage report from hotel, no notice, no proof. Unsecured dangerous window falls and they charge me without any notice. Emails and calls go unanswered. This is being disputed to my credit card issuer."
