"We had a quick overnight at this hotel and it was clean and comfy. We liked that we could connect to the TV easily to airplay off our phone to watch a movie. Definitely call the hotel to get on the shuttle because we tried to take the general bus from the station and it was very confusing and not sure if we hopped on the wrong one or what happened because the closest stop was still a 10min walk to the hotel in what felt like kind of a sketch area and no sidewalk. We made sure to take the shuttle in the morning for $10/person I think."

The rooms are exceptionally clean, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and breakfast and dinner were amazing! The hotel and grounds are beautiful as well. "Stayed one night at this hotel prior to my flight. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and very accessible to the train station(a bonus). Food and drinks are served at the hotel (also a plus). However, while the check in/reception staff were nice, I had an unfortunate experience of being deliberately ignored or refused service by the lady at the bar which was a most unfortunate experience and one that left quite a sour taste to an enjoyable trip to Italy. Luckily the front desk lady stepped in and helped, and for that I am thankful. I am old enough to know that people’s feelings or opinions of you are entirely their own and a reflection of their own upbringing, especially if you have never interacted before."
