"Our room was clean and staff very helpful. The location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere. We did not like the dirty stairs to get to the apartment and the run down building. The lift was only available up to the fifth floor and had to walk one more floor to get to our apartment with our suitcases."

They said that they don't cooperate with Hotels.com at all and we were left without accommodation and completely on our own. While I was waiting in reception I heard that they messed up booking for another tourist as well and he had to leave his room one day before planned. Hotel is in good location but a bit hard to find. Elevator didn't work so we had to carry our luggage on 8th floor for nothing. Ask for...
