Amazing Hotel, Staff and Location

The hotel was so cute. They upgraded us upon arrival and the room was clean, had great amenities and the staff were super nice and helpful. The location was perfect. The only downside for me was the bed was a bit lumpy, my husband was ok with it but it was difficult for me to get comfortable. Overall though it was a great experience.

Great place to stay! Right in the middle of the city so you are close to everything. Staff was very helpful when I needed help or ask about something (Trouble with my mobileservice provider, print my busticket etc.) The room was in great condition and I will definitely stay at this Hotel again!

Really quality hotel/suites in the centre of Belgrade. The building itself is rundown but you absolutely don't feel it as soon as you step into the accomodation. Service was great and beds were super comfy. Everything I needed

This property was in a great location, right on Obilicev Venac. You could park in the Obilicev Veac parking garage and walk to the property. The rooms were updated and modern. However, there are several things that were awful for us. There is limited signage for this property as it isn't a real hotel. It is located in an apartment building where there are private apartments. The property is on the 4th floor of the building and you have to either walk up 6 flights of stairs to get there or take a 100 year old elevator that doesnt have a door. On the 2nd day of our stay, my 14-year-old daughter was using the bathroom. She flushed the toilet and walked out and about 30 seconds later, the ceiling over the toilet crashed down and water was shooting out from the pipes. This could have killed her if she was still in the bathroom! I have photos and videos of the damage. There is no maintenance person on site. There was only a receptionist, who did the best she could to call for help. My husband had to end up risking his life by pushing into the bathroom and turning off the water valve. We didn't know if there was an electricity on or not. This hotel didn't even offer a refund for our stay. They said "Oh it isn't our fault it is the building's fault." This is ridiculous. I would never stay here or at any of their sister propoerties again. They are not safe, they leave the entrance doors open for anyone to enter, and they aren't even a real hotel.

Fantastic modern apartment floor. Several different sizes and shapes of suites. They have very cheerful & helpful staff. It is located in the heart of Belgrad.

Very good location

hotel is in 4th floor of a building. The room we reserved was really small, and toilet was very close to bed. Overall it was ok and the location is fantastic.

Bina dışarıdan eski olmakla birlikte 4. Kata gelince bir vahaya gelmiş gibi hissediyorsunuz. Son derece güzel bir dekorasyon, kaliteli malzeme vs. Çok ilgili personel. Gerçek oda, görsellerden de daha iyi. Odamızı upgrade ettiler. Biz de bu beğeni ile bir gece daha konaklamamızı uzattık. Kahvaltı yok. Konum harika ötesi. Our room was big, clean and comfy. Location was perfect. Everything is near. The service was a 10/10. Marija was so helpful with every request we had. She also gave us advice for restaurants etc. We will definitely come back :D
