"House was great — clean, comfortable, everything we needed. The ice machine was awesome and the little screened-in porch out back was perfect for shucking scallops after a day on the water.One heads up: buy the damage insurance. We got charged for two sets of sheets and 250 to unclog an outdoor sink that was already running slow when we arrived — we never reported it because it was draining, just slowly. We also got accused of taking the kitchen knives to shuck scallops, which anyone who's shucked one can tell you is done with a spoon. The knives were where we left them.Great house, but I'm not interested in helping anyone with their insurance fraud."

"Great location and property. Tons of activities nearby. We got rained out the entire time but the house was very nice. Kayaks were included and the kids spent a lot of time using them. Fishing was also fun off the dock. Would stay again. Place was clean and taken care of. Friends stayed nearby in other residences and they were no where near as clean."

"This home truly lives up to —The Million Dollar View is absolutely breathtaking! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. We spent hours fishing off the private dock, and it’s the perfect place to bring your boat if you’re planning to go scalloping or explore the nearby springs.The house was clean , well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our family of four. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the beautiful front porch each evening while watching the incredible sunsets over the water.The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful and scenic, yet just minutes from several fantastic local restaurants. If you’re looking for a relaxing waterfront getaway with amazing views and easy access to outdoor activities, this is the place. We had an unforgettable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!"

"This was our 4th time staying at this house, and we’ve already booked it again for next year! It has become a tradition for our family, and we honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Homosassa.The house is perfect for large groups and families, with plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The brand-new kitchen cabinets and refrigerator were a great upgrade, the A/C worked flawlessly (which is a must in Florida!), and having a washer and dryer was such a convenient bonus.Outside is where this property really shines. The Adirondack chairs are incredibly comfortable and offer the best sunset views, and the large dock is fantastic for fishing. We spent so much time out there making memories.We did have one small issue during our stay, but the owners and the house manager responded immediately and had it resolved quickly. Their communication and customer service were outstanding.We’ve stayed at several places over the years, and this is, without a doubt, the best house you can rent in Homosassa. We can’t wait to come back next year!"
