"Me and my husband came here for our honeymoon and stayed 5 nights. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so nice and they truly went above and beyond. The food was excellent. Everything we had was so good. Our room was clean and plenty of towels and well air conditioned. There weren’t too many people staying here when we came so it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves. The pool was well kept and there was always a bartender or staff member available if needed. Communication was also very very good. I was contacted to set up our arrival and was picked up by a taxi and brought to their welcome center and a boat took us to the resort from there. Going through some of the other reviews I was skeptical of how the service and amenities were going to be but we took a chance and booked. Definitely did not regret it. The resort is remote however if you want to get away to relax this is the perfect place. The only downside was that there was a lot of sargassum when we went so couldn’t swim in the ocean. This was communicated to us before hand and our room was upgraded due to the inconvenience. I cannot stress enough how great this resort was and how awesome the food was. For a relaxing vacation you must go!!!"

"Fantasy island for real…the staff is attentive from the restaurant, the bar, the reception, the concierge to maintenance. They are all professionals. It is beautiful and they all ensure they say your name. Exactly what you want on an island getaway. And the trees sing beautifully."

"The property surpassed our expectation's. We were concerned about cleanliness and comments regarding safety. Our experience was not adversely impacted by either. Also, food was good, breakfast was a buffet with a good variation of options. The taxi service and tour guides were also excellent. I recommend taking a tour with Mike, you can find him outside the main entrance. We would stay here again!"

"The hotel itself is well maintained and beautiful, very clean and comfortable but there were random blackouts throughout our stay when we were in our room and at the overwater restaurant. Also, Sargassum is really bad and mosquitos are on another level on the north side of Caye caulker. I did love that you could rent bikes too!"

"We were only here for one night, but had a great time! Food and drinks were delicious and not ridiculously priced. Every staff member we came across were helpful and always making sure we were okay. Customer service was 100/10!! I didn’t even mention that it was my birthday month and they had multiple surprises. So beautiful and very clean. We can’t wait to come back!"
