"Beautiful property. You feel like you're away from the busy city. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Sargassum can be an issue but they cleared the beach quickly and often. No fishy smell compared to other resorts. Tropical Al's had delicious drinks. We didnt sit down to eat at Pineapples but got take out to eat on the beach. Food was great. We would definitely book there again. "

"The room provided an outdoor balcony with chairs and table,enjoy the sight of birds and sounds. Room service I enjoyed having my meal delivered within 15-25 minutes after order"

"Resort is exactly as pictured. Rooms were clean and smelled clean, great view of the ocean/beach, good water pressure and hot water for the shower, and all the amenities were clean and working. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and very helpful. Property is easy to find and right next to the water taxi. The beach front location was perfect so it was close to everything, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. I didn’t eat at the on site restaurant or order from the bar so I can’t say anything about the food, but I did get the complementary drink upon arrival and it was great. There is construction going on next to the property but I didn’t hear any noise from it."

"Swimming pool was closed, and the overall appearance of the hotel at the exterior and the rooms were really outdated, the main entrance gives you a bad impression at the beginning, I believe the best times for this hotel were over."

"The property was very clean. The staff was absolutely incredible! They were extremely accommodating and did a phenomenal job of making me and my husband feel welcome. The supervisor Mitch even went above and beyond to ensure my birthday dinner was memorable by placing a candlelight dinner in the center of the resort. We loved everything about this trip and will definitely be back to visit."
