"On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). "Well to start off the experience we received a message from our host saying please reach out any time during the stay with issues, we reached out several times and the response was delayed. When we got there we were given the wrong code to get in. It was pouring rain and no porch so we were getting soaked trying to get in. We had to then sit in the truck for 20 minutes waiting on a response with the correct code. The house was ok for a doublewide, but the surroundings were awful. Also some of the lights were out in the house and makeup mirror in one of the rooms would not turn on. There was supposed to be a gate with a code at the entrance and it was open the whole time even when we first got there. The property was really run down and the grass wasn’t mowed where we stayed. To top it all off, I forgot my rain jacket hanging behind the front door and reached out to see if it could be sent to me and was lied to saying it wasn’t there but I know for a fact it was because my daughter that left a little before us said she saw it hanging on the door before her and her fiancé left. Apparently the cleaning crew wanted a nice Columbia jacket. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else definitely not worth the money."

"The house was absolutely fantastic for our long weekend reunion with friends. The views of the Texas Hill Country from the deck were incredible, and the large pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The home had great common spaces that made it easy for everyone in the large group to gather comfortably, and the kitchen was spacious, well-equipped, and great for cooking meals as a group. The house was very clean and the check in/out process was easy. Overall, it was an excellent stay and the perfect setting for reconnecting with old friends. We would absolutely come back again."

"The pictures of the property were beautiful, but the reality did not live up to the images online. There were many aging things in the home. The handrail at the top of the stairs is falling apart, which is dangerous. The countertops are scarred and marked. The windows were dirty in all the rooms. The refrigerator was dirty. The furniture is not the greatest.The dishes are nice, but the pots and pans are in terrible shape and the water is very hard water.On the plus side, the beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works very well. By far the pool and hot tub are the best feature. They are very nice. The owner. Chelsie was very responsive when I reached out to her, with one exception. She was supposed to come and fix the lock on the front door, but I did not see her. Overall, I think it’s overpriced for the quality."

"It is advertised as a cabin but it is actually a trailer. Was not able to access the property due to the fact the key pad did not work and could not get a hold of host. We ended up staying at a hotel. Do not recommend renting this property."
