It was spotless, beautifully decorated with Austin/Texas Hill Country charm, and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for multiple couples or large families looking for both comfort and privacy.The property is fully gated and fenced, providing a great sense of security and seclusion. The location is ideal—just 10 minutes from everything (paved road), yet it feels like you're miles away from civilization. So peaceful and quiet!We spent most of our time outdoors—lounging under the covered patio, cooling off in the pool, or unwinding in the hot tub. Morning coffee by the pool was especially relaxing and a great way to start each day.The kids especially loved the air-conditioned garage that had been converted into a game room—such a fun bonus space that kept them entertained for hours.The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with most essentials for cooking. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.This property is absolutely worth every penny—we would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

There is even a pool table and full size Arcade game.The bedrooms were spacious and serene, the kitchen was state of the art and every space in the house was thoughtfully laid out to maximize both comfort and luxury. "This property was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. The house is beautifully designed with plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also cozy enough to feel connected. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the game room made for some fun, low-key nights in. Great communication from the host, smooth check-in, and a truly memorable stay. "We loved the pool, hot tub, & pickleball court! Spent most of our time in these areas. But, the game room was nice as well, just extremely hot when we first got there (June 27th) Couple of things I would want in a VRBO, would be a crockpot. If you’re like our family, wanting to spend most of your time playing, visiting & not cooking… a crockpot allows you to put something on early & leave it for a few hours. Also, we went to town to buy foil & left 2 boxes there for the next family. Not deal breakers, just would’ve been helpful. Overall, great experience & we would definitely go back! Amy was so prompt with answers to any questions we had!! "
